Additions

New Event: Frozen Event 🧊

• During this event, the entire school freezes—except for you (your body is hot enough to resist the cold 🔥).
• Here's what happens:
  • NPCs stop moving temporarily but can still interact with you (so stay alert!).
  • The school will take on a cyan tint, representing the cold caused by bad ventilation.
• The event lasts for 15-20 seconds, so keep moving and plan your actions carefully!

Tweaks

• Time Out Music:
  • The timeout music is now in MIDI format, giving it a retro feel.

Bug Fixes

• Baldi TV Voiceline Bug:
  • Previously, when Baldi was announcing something and an event triggered, overlapping voicelines could occur.
  • Now, voicelines are queued:
    • If Baldi is speaking, new announcements will wait their turn and play once the current one finishes.
• Baldi Lip Sync:
  • Baldi's lip sync animations are now fixed, ensuring he moves his mouth properly during voicelines.
